The Sunshine Walk
The Sunshine Walk is a 5K walk and run at Dockweiler State Beach, hosted by Innovate GBM and Gray for Glioblastoma in collaboration with Run The Day. It brings the brain cancer community together for a morning on the beach: patients and survivors, families, physicians and researchers, and the companies and investors working to change the course of this disease. November 21, 2026 marks the second angel day of Dr. Sanam Thukral, DVM, whose memory inspired the walk and continues to guide its mission.
